Ordering Terms
Ordering Methods: We accept orders by mail, phone, fax, in store, email or online
through our secure shopping cart.
Prices: Prices are as shown on web site. Items that
are out of stock are subject to price change upon arrival or new stock due to fluctuations
in shipping costs, exchange rate and price increases.
Discounts: Individual sale item prices will be shown in the
shopping cart. Special sales for multiple items may not be shown in the shopping
cart and will be calculated when we create your invoice. If you wish to receive
a proforma invoice, please include your request in the Comment section of submitting
your order. This is suggested for those of you who wish to pay via check,
money order or wire transfer.
Shipping:
- Domestic orders: Most orders are shipped using UPS ground
service with insurance. Shipping & handling for UPS ground orders start
at $10 and if higher, at cost. We can also ship via UPS Air including Next
Day, 2nd Day and 3 Day at cost and also via Postal Mail.
- International orders: Most orders are shipped via Postal Service
but you may also request UPS or Airfreight methods. All shipping is at cost
- Damaged Parcels: If you receive a model broken during shipping,
please notify the carrier and Buffalo Road Imports. We may have replacement
parts available on some items.
- Most orders are shipped next business day if not the same day. If you wish
to receive tracking information please include your email address.
Payment: Payment must be received in full before shipping.
We accept the following methods of payment:
- Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express)
- Check ($25 fee for returned checks)
- Money order
- Wire transfers accepted on orders over $500.00
- Cash (if you are picking up items are our shop)
Exchanges & Returns: refunds and exchanges on items returned
within 14 days. Please call before returning or exchanging an item and include
a note with the reason for return.
Stock: The web site is updated frequently with new items and stock.
We stock multiples of most items. Although an item is listed as in
stock on our web site it is subject to prior sale. This is especially true
on hand built, limited run and discontinued models that we list on our site which
we may only have 1 in stock. Some out of stock models may not be produced
again for months or even years based on the manufacturer and model. If an
item is out of stock and not expected in within 2 weeks, we will issue a refund
if payment is sent in advance.
Backorders: Only accepted at your request. You may place
your name on our back order list and we will notify you when the item is in stock.
Pre-orders: You may preorder any new item. We will
contact you when the model is in and will not charge you until the item is shipped
to you. The exception is for special order items that require a deposit.
Gift Certificates Available: We offer gift certificates in
any amount.
