Shipping & Returns

Shipping: 

• Domestic orders:  We ship orders at cost rounded up to the nearest dollar.  We can ship your orders the most economical way by either USPS or through UPS or you can select your preferred method.  We can also ship via UPS Air including Next Day, 2nd Day and 3 Day at cost and also via USPS, First Class, Priority, or Express.  By request we can also ship via FedEx.

• International orders: Most orders are shipped via Postal Service but you may also request UPS or Airfreight methods.  All shipping is at cost

• Damaged Parcels:  If you receive a model broken during shipping, please notify the carrier and Buffalo Road Imports.  We may have replacement parts available on some items.

• Most orders are shipped next business day if not the same day.  If you wish to receive tracking information please include your email address.

Returns:

Exchanges & Returns:  refunds and exchanges on items returned within 14 days.  Please contact us before returning or exchanging an item and include a note with the reason for return.
